Disclaimer

Last updated: Jun 1, 2026

1. Scope of this disclaimer

This disclaimer governs your use of the Saaslinks marketplace, website, and related services (together, the "Services"). It explains the limits of what we can reasonably promise. Read it alongside our Terms of Service, our Refund and Wallet Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy, which together form the agreement between you and Saaslinks. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any right you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

2. No guarantee of rankings, traffic, or revenue

Saaslinks helps you acquire backlinks on real, vetted websites. Backlinks are one signal among many that search engines use, and we have no ability to control or influence how any search engine treats them.

We do not, and cannot, guarantee:

  • any specific search engine ranking, ranking position, or movement in rankings;
  • any specific amount of organic traffic, clicks, impressions, or keyword visibility;
  • any specific revenue, conversions, leads, or return on investment;
  • that a link will pass any particular amount of authority, equity, or "link juice"; or
  • that acquiring links will produce any commercial outcome at all.

Search engine algorithms are proprietary, undisclosed, and changed frequently by their operators. Google itself confirms that ranking systems are updated regularly and that no third party can guarantee placement. See Google Search Central on SEOs and ranking guarantees and Google's overview of its ranking systems. Any results another customer has seen are not a promise of the results you will see.

3. We do not control Google or any search engine

Saaslinks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft Bing, or any other search engine, and we have no relationship that gives us influence over their algorithms, indexing decisions, manual actions, or policies. Search engines may, at their sole discretion, index, ignore, devalue, or remove any link or page at any time and without notice to us or to you. Decisions made by search engines are outside our control and are not a basis for any claim against Saaslinks.

For what is and is not within scope of our indexation commitment, see The 30-Day Indexation Guarantee. That guarantee concerns indexation of a placement and is defined precisely in the Terms of Service and Refund and Wallet Policy; it is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, or revenue.

The websites on which links are placed through the Services are owned and operated by independent third parties. Saaslinks does not own, operate, or control these sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, editorial decisions, advertising, data practices, or compliance with law.

Third-party site owners may, at any time and without notice to us:

  • edit, move, or delete a published article or page;
  • remove, modify, or change the attributes of a link (including adding rel="nofollow", rel="sponsored", or noindex tags);
  • redesign, sell, deindex, or take down their website; or
  • cease operating entirely.

While we vet sites before listing them, as described in How We Vet Sites for Real Traffic and Quality, vetting reflects conditions at the time of review and is not a warranty that a site, its traffic, or a placement will remain unchanged in the future. How any specific change is handled, including any remedy or refund, is governed by the Refund and Wallet Policy and the Terms of Service.

5. Metrics are third-party estimates

Domain Rating, Domain Authority, traffic figures, referring domain counts, and similar metrics shown in listings are estimates produced by third-party tools such as Ahrefs and Moz. These metrics are approximations, may be inaccurate, may differ between providers, and can change over time. They are provided for guidance only and are not warranties of a site's quality, traffic, or value. Ahrefs explains, for example, that Domain Rating is a relative, calculated score rather than an absolute measure of a site's worth.

6. No professional advice

Content on the Saaslinks website and blog, including articles, guides, glossaries, and tools such as our Backlink ROI Calculator, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional SEO, marketing, legal, financial, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Any reliance you place on this information is at your own risk. You are responsible for evaluating whether a link-building strategy is appropriate for your website and your risk tolerance.

7. Your responsibility for compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of links acquired through the Services complies with the guidelines and terms of any search engine, including Google's spam policies and link best practices. Search engines may take action against sites for practices they consider manipulative. Saaslinks is not responsible for any manual action, penalty, deindexing, or ranking change applied to your website, however it arises. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy for the practices we prohibit.

8. Forward-looking and illustrative statements

Examples, benchmarks, price ranges, sample timelines, and any forward-looking statements on the website are illustrative only. Actual experiences vary based on factors outside our control, including your website, niche, competition, content, and search engine behavior. Past performance and example outcomes are not indicative of future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saaslinks and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of rankings, traffic, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or reliance on any information provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this disclaimer from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised disclaimer. If you have questions about this disclaimer, please reach us through our Contact and Support page.
