These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Buyer") and Serpbays LLC, which operates the Saaslinks brand ("Saaslinks," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website at saaslinks.net and the link-building marketplace available through it (collectively, the "Service"). Saaslinks is a product of Serpbays LLC; charges for wallet top-ups are processed by Serpbays LLC and appear on your card statement and on the Stripe checkout page as Serpbays LLC. By creating an account, funding a wallet, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Wallet Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.
Saaslinks operates as an intermediary that connects Buyers with independent Publishers. Except where a Listing expressly states that Saaslinks itself produces the content, Saaslinks does not own, operate, or control the third-party sites in the Marketplace, and is not the publisher of the content or links placed on them. Publishers are independent third parties responsible for their own websites, editorial standards, and compliance with applicable law.
Saaslinks does not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic increase, or business outcome from any Placement. Search engines, including Google, independently determine how links are crawled, indexed, valued, and ranked, and these decisions are outside our control. You acknowledge that link building carries inherent uncertainty and that nothing in the Service constitutes a promise of ranking results. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. To place Orders, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe the account is associated with fraud, chargeback abuse, a breach of these Terms, or a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
When you place an Order, you authorize Saaslinks to deduct the Listing price from your Wallet and to coordinate the Placement with the relevant Publisher on your behalf. A typical Order moves through the following stages: submission, content preparation and your approval where applicable, Publisher acceptance and publication, and verification of the live Placement and its indexation status.
Publishers may decline content, request reasonable edits, or reject an Order that conflicts with their editorial guidelines. Where a Publisher cannot fulfill an accepted Order, we will work to place the Order with a comparable Listing or return the relevant amount to your Wallet in accordance with our Refund and Wallet Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any anchor text, target URL, and content you supply.
The Service uses a prepaid Wallet model. You fund your Wallet in advance, and the cost of each Order is deducted from your available balance. Wallet funds are denominated in the currency shown at checkout and are intended solely for purchasing Placements through the Service. Wallet funds are not a deposit account, do not bear interest, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except as expressly provided in our Refund and Wallet Policy.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and your use of those providers is subject to their terms. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchases other than taxes on our net income. Prices for Listings may change at any time before an Order is placed; the price applicable to an Order is the price displayed at the time you confirm that Order.
You are solely responsible for the destination pages you link to and for ensuring your target URLs, anchor text, and any content you submit are lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and compliant with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to promote illegal, deceptive, infringing, or prohibited content, or to build links for restricted categories identified in the Acceptable Use Policy.
You retain ownership of the content and trademarks you supply. You grant Saaslinks and the relevant Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and publish that content as necessary to fulfill your Order. You represent that you hold all rights necessary to grant this license.
For eligible Placements, Saaslinks offers a 30-day Indexation Guarantee: if a qualifying live link is not indexed by Google within 30 days of publication, you are entitled to a remedy as described in our Refund and Wallet Policy, which is typically a Wallet credit or replacement Placement. This guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy for non-indexation and does not apply where non-indexation results from changes you request, content you supply, your destination page, or factors outside our reasonable control. The full conditions, including the requirement that any content you supply be original and human-written (not AI-generated), are set out in our 30-Day Indexation Guarantee Terms. The guarantee covers indexation only; it is not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, or any commercial result.
The Service, including the website, software, Marketplace data, text, graphics, and the Saaslinks name and logo, is owned by Saaslinks or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its data without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Placement will produce any specific ranking, traffic, or business result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Saaslinks, its affiliates, or its personnel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or rankings, arising out of or relating to the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Saaslinks for the Orders giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). These limitations form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Saaslinks.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saaslinks, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your content, target URLs, or anchor text; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policy; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. On termination, Sections that by their nature should survive, including Sections 8 through 14, will survive. Treatment of any remaining Wallet balance on termination is governed by our Refund and Wallet Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us through our Contact and Support page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Each party will bear its own costs except as a court may otherwise award.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saaslinks regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Saaslinks.
