This page sets out the full terms of the Saaslinks 30-Day Indexation Guarantee (the "Guarantee"). It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Refund and Wallet Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer. The version of these terms in effect when you place an Order governs that Order.
The Guarantee is about indexation only. It is not a guarantee of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any commercial outcome, all of which depend on factors outside our control. See our Disclaimer.
site: query or in Google Search Console.For an eligible Placement, if it goes Live but is not Indexed by Google within the Guarantee Window, we will provide a remedy under Section 3. The Guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy for non-indexation, is limited to one remedy per Placement, and does not entitle you to more than the value of the affected Placement.
When the Guarantee is triggered for an eligible Placement, we work through the following steps:
A Placement qualifies for the Guarantee only if it was ordered and delivered through Saaslinks, is marked as covered in your account, has gone Live as ordered, and meets every condition in Sections 5 and 6. A Placement that never went Live is handled under the undelivered-order rules of the Refund and Wallet Policy, not this Guarantee.
Any content you supply for a Placement, and the content on the target page you link to, must be original and written by a human. It must be unique, not plagiarized, not duplicated from elsewhere, and not produced in whole or in material part by AI text generators, article spinners, automated or templated generation, or machine translation passed off as original writing.
If content you supply is found to be AI-generated, spun, auto-generated, or otherwise in breach of this requirement, the Guarantee is void for that Placement, and we may decline to publish it or remove it without credit. We may screen submitted content using AI-detection tools and manual editorial review, and our reasonable, good-faith determination of whether content breaches this section is final. We may ask you to confirm authorship or provide drafts or sources before publishing or before honoring a claim.
This requirement protects the editorial standards of the publisher sites and the integrity of the Guarantee. AI-assisted research or editing of genuinely human-authored work is acceptable; passing off machine-generated text as original content is not.
The Guarantee does not apply, and any claim is void, in the following cases:
noindex tag, a robots.txt disallow, a canonical pointing elsewhere, or being password-protected). It must exist when you order and must not be changed, redirected, removed, or deindexed after the Placement goes Live.nofollow, or otherwise alter the Placement or the link after it goes Live, or ask the publisher to do so, the Guarantee is void for that Placement.We verify indexation using a Google site: query for the exact Placement URL and, where available, Google Search Console data. We track each Live Placement toward indexation and record the result in your account. Where there is a dispute, our delivery and indexation records, together with the verification method above, control. We may ask you to grant temporary read access to Search Console for the relevant property to validate a claim.
The Guarantee is normally applied automatically: we track each Placement and trigger the remedy if it is not Indexed within the Guarantee Window. If you believe a remedy is due and it has not been applied, contact us through our Contact and Support page with your account email and the Order reference within 15 days after the end of the Guarantee Window. We will acknowledge your request and tell you what, if any, additional information we need to assess it.
The Guarantee is offered in good faith to de-risk genuine orders. We may decline a claim, suspend the Guarantee, or suspend your account where we reasonably believe it is being abused, including repeated claims tied to the same non-compliant target, content, or domain, or where a claim is made in connection with fraud, a chargeback raised without first contacting us, or a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. The Guarantee applies to the original buyer and Order only and is not transferable or resalable.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above. The version in effect when you placed an Order governs the Guarantee for that Order. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms for new Orders.
