1. What this page is for

Depending on where you live, privacy laws give you the right to limit how a business uses your personal information. This page is the single place where you can record those choices for Saaslinks.net. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain in full what we collect and why.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state or region with comparable rules, the controls described below let you opt out of certain data uses. You do not need a Saaslinks account to use these controls, and exercising them will not change the price you pay or the service you receive.

2. Do we sell or share your personal information?

Saaslinks does not sell your personal information for money. We do not auction your data, your wallet activity, or your order history.

We do use a limited set of analytics and advertising technologies on our public marketing pages and blog. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), some of that activity may count as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. To be transparent and to meet our legal obligations, we treat that activity as covered by your opt-out right.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age. Saaslinks is a business tool intended for adults.

3. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising in two ways:

  1. Use the consent settings on this page. Open the cookie and consent control (the "Privacy Settings" or "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer and in the consent banner) and switch off the "Advertising" and "Analytics" categories. Saving that choice records your opt-out and stops the relevant technologies from loading on your device.
  2. Email us. Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Tell us the email address and, if relevant, the account you want the request applied to so we can match it to your records.

We will action a valid request within the timeframe required by the law that applies to you. For CPRA requests we act within 15 business days of receiving a recognized opt-out preference signal or request.

4. Global Privacy Control and other opt-out signals

If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information for the browser and device that sends it. You can learn how GPC works at globalprivacycontrol.org. Because GPC is tied to a specific browser and device, you will need it enabled on each browser and device you use.

5. Your other privacy rights

Beyond opting out of sale and sharing, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Request a copy of that information (data portability).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or keeping financial records.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. Note that Saaslinks does not request or use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate limitation right.
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

6. Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out or rights request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for written, signed permission demonstrating their authority and may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us. This protects you against requests made without your knowledge.

7. How we verify a request

For opt-out of sale or sharing requests, we generally do not need to verify your identity, because honoring the request causes you no harm. For requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, we will take reasonable steps to confirm that the requester is the person the information relates to, usually by matching details against information already in our records. We will never ask you to create an account just to make a request.

8. If we deny or cannot complete a request

If we cannot verify your identity, or a legal exception prevents us from completing a deletion or access request, we will tell you why. Where the law provides an appeal process, we will explain how to appeal our decision.

9. Changes to your choices and to this page

Your saved consent settings live in a cookie on your device. Clearing your cookies, switching browsers, or using a new device will reset your choices, so you may need to set them again. We may update this page to reflect new tools, new laws, or changes to how we operate. The effective date below shows when we last revised it.
